Transport is in a comfortable 10-seater Mercedes Benz Unimog which is the ideal vehicle for game viewing.

We offer all-inclusive 4-day Eco Safaris of the Escarpment & Kruger National Park, as well as 12-day Eco Safaris to Inhambane, Mozambique.

We only make use of registered guides with extensive experience in our field.

 

 

Escarpment - Kruger National Park
Four day Eco Safari

Day 1
Sabie - Private Game Lodge
Departing from Sabie we travel to Pilgrims Rest for breakfast and spend time exploring this historical town. From Pilgrims Rest we travel via Graskop, to experience the amazing views from God's Window. A short trip from God's Window finds us at Bourkes Luck Potholes, after which we travel over the Abel Erasmus Pass through the Strydom Tunnel onto a private Game Lodge in the Hoedspruit/Tzaneen area. Here you will enjoy a night and a day game drive in an open vehicle. Dinner will be served before retiring to your luxurious chalet. (Day 1 includes breakfast, lunch & dinner)
Day 2
Game Lodge - Phalaborwa
After breakfast we head onto Phalaborwa, on the outskirts of the Kruger National Park. After visiting P.M.C. mine, the 3rd biggest manmade hole in the world, we spend the afternoon viewing game from a double decker riverboat on the Olifants River. We enjoy a braai and sundowners on the ”Boat” before departing on a night game drive and returning to our chalets for the night. (Day 2 includes breakfast, lunch & dinner)
Day 3
Phalaborwa - Kruger Park
After coffee and rusks we make an early start for a day of game viewing in the Kruger National Park. Brunch is served at one of the picnic spots in the Park on route to Olifants camp where you can spend time browsing or enjoying refreshments of your choice. We spend the rest of the day game viewing before arriving at Satara camp where we dine in their restaurant. (Day 3 includes brunch & dinner)
Day 4
Kruger Park - Sabie
After spending the night in chalets at Satara, breakfast is served in their restaurant, and we spend the rest of the morning game viewing. We leave the park via Numbi gate on our return trip to Sabie.  Lunch will be served on route. (Day 4 includes breakfast & lunch)

Tour departs from and returns to Sabie.

Price per person sharing is fully inclusive of accommodation,
all entry fees and meals and all excursions as per itinerary.

Transfer to and from Sabie, alcoholic beverages
and gratuities are excluded.

 

 Mozambique
12 day Eco Safari

 

Day 1
Johannesburg to Komatipoort
Departing from Johannesburg, we travel through Witbank's coalfields, scenic Nelspruit and Malelane, where we overnight at a resort close to Komatipoort.  (Day 1 includes dinner)
Day 2
Komatipoort to Bilene
To enter Mozambique we cross the border at Lebombo/Ressano Garcia and then head towards Maputo, the capital city. From Maputo we travel north to Macia where we turn off to the retreat of Bilene, and camp overlooking the beautiful lagoon. This is our first night camping. (Day 2 includes breakfast, lunch & dinner)
Day 3
Bilene to Inhambane
Leaving Bilene finds us traveling over the Limpopo flood plains to the coastal town of Xai Xai. From Xai Xai we pass large lakes at Quissico and Inharrime. Vegetation becomes sub tropical as we enter the coconut plantations of Inhambane province.  Just before the town of Inhambane we turn off and travel on a 30km sand track through rural villages, before reaching Jangamo beach where we will spend the next 5 days at leisure. (Day 3 includes lunch & dinner)
Days 4 to 8
Jangamo Beach
Accommodation is in traditional thatch and reed units in the resort. Brunch and dinner are served in the restaurant overlooking the magnificent bay. Spend these five days at your leisure. Bar facilities, fishing, snorkeling, diving and open water dive courses are available. Experience dugong, whale & dolphin spotting all on unspoilt beaches.  Also join us on a day trip to Inhambane and surrounding areas. (Days 4 to 8 includes brunches & dinners)
Day 9
Jangamo to Casa Lisa
After an early departure from Jangamo beach we back track towards Maputo to camp at Casa Lisa. Sundowners and dinner are served in their open rustic restaurant. (Day 9 includes brunch & dinner)
Day 10
Casa Lisa to Kruger Park
After leaving Mozambique we enter the Kruger Park at Crocodile Bridge, where we spend the rest of the day game viewing, ending the day with sundowners around an open fire in one of their main camps. (Day 10 includes breakfast & dinner)
Day 11
Kruger Park to Pilgrims Rest
Leaving the Kruger Park at Numbi gate we travel through Hazyview up to Sabie, where we spend the day sight seeing and camp at Pilgrims Rest. (Day 11 includes breakfast & dinner)
Day 12
Pilgrims Rest to Johannesburg
We head back to Johannesburg via Robbers pass and Lydenburg. (Day 12 includes breakfast)
Tour itinerary may vary slightly due to border crossings and local conditions.

Our staff prepares meals when camping. Pre- and post-tour transfers and accommodation can be arranged.

Tour includes transport, entrance fees & permits,
and meals & accommodation as per itinerary.

Visas, hiring of tents/sleeping bag/pillows, personal travel insurance, optional excursions and airfares are excluded.
