Villa Ticino Guest House
Our long established villa offers an attractive split level lounge with
comfortable settees and chairs as well as an open fire place which cosily warms
the area in winter. Upstairs, overlooking the guest lounge is the honesty bar
with an information corner and the airy breakfast room with an eye catching
mural. From there double doors lead onto the covered terrace with splendid views
across the garden into the forest clad mountains.
Villa Ticino, a spacious European guest villa of 650 m²
has been well designed with thoughtful touches and attention to detail
throughout. Welcoming niches with intimate seating enable different groups to
sit together to enjoy quality time in the Villa’s invitingly relaxed
but elegant ambience. A secluded swimming pool awaits for relaxation or for a
refreshing dip. Enclosed parking, locked during night, is also provided.
Children 12 years and older are welcome. For the comfort and wellbeing of all
our valued guests we regret, no smoking indoors.
Villa Ticino has six spacious, light and streamlined en-suite bedrooms of which
five have twin beds, all with their own welcoming charm and thoughtful touches.
Each room with high wooden ceiling is well equipped and opens up onto a covered
private patio or private balcony with garden view. Guests may enjoy a sundowner
in privacy on their own patio or balcony before going to dinner or to end the
day. All well-lit and user-friendly bathrooms, mainly with showers, are tiled to
the ceiling and feature basin mixers, oversized mirrors and matching
accessories.
Start your day with choice of teas and special "Ticino blend" coffee
and our popular breakfast consisting of a daily changing set speciality and a
buffet. Breakfast can be enjoyed from 7h30 to 9h00 in either the breakfast room
with Ticino country flair or, weather permitting, outside on the generous
terrace with garden and mountain views accompanied by chirping birds. For
privacy, table settings are individual in both areas. Villa Ticino Guest House is
located in the heart of Sabie within a short walk to shops and a number of fine
restaurants where guests may spoil their taste buds.
